Have you ever had a massage that felt good at the time..only to find you're still tight or sore a few days later?
If you've ever been frustrated by a treatment that only offers temporary relief, you need to give remedial massage a go.
While we might often associate massages with aromatherapy oils and soothing waterfall sounds, relaxation is just one of the benefits they should provide.
Especially if you're dealing with any injury, persistent muscle aches or postural issues, you need a treatment that gets to the root cause of your pain.
A remedial massage can do exactly that.
It works by pinpointing muscles that are tense, injured or immobile, and uses a variety of proven techniques to promote genuine and long-lasting recovery.

When you choose Invigor Health for your remedial massage, you can count on the expertise of our in-house therapist and a safe, evidence-based practice (we don’t just stick with sweet-smelling oils and call it a day!)
Here’s how it works
1
Decide on the duration of your massage
We offer 30 minute, 60 minute or 90 minute massage treatments.
If you have a particular body part you want to focus on (eg: tension in your lower back, stiffness in your neck or a specific area of injury), we can cater to this in 30 minutes.
For a whole-body treatment, we recommend a 60 or 90 minute treatment.
Identify any areas of concern
At Invigor Health, our biggest priority is helping you feel pain-free.
That's why our therapist will always kick off your massage with a conversation to determine any existing injuries or areas of discomfort and tension in the body.
Armed with this insight, we are able to customise your massage experience so it can hone in on specific issues and solve them right at the source.

Personalised recommendations
During our consultation, we use clear, jargon-free language to break down any abnormality or susceptibility to injury and recommend modifications to improve efficiency and overall performance.
If we find an abnormality that requires further diagnosis or treatment, we can assist you with follow-up physiotherapy services.
