Our Bondi Junction clinic is located at 404/3 Waverley Street, Bondi Junction.
We are situated opposite the Eora Reserve, between Hollywood Ave and Waverley St.
You can find us from Bondi Junction station by following Grafton St east. Turn onto Adelaide St and follow it onto Hollywood Ave.

Ryan Dorahy
Ryan founded Invigor Health and is currently Managing Director and Principal Physiotherapist.
He has worked as a physical trainer and physiotherapist for professional athletes. Ryan strives to find practical solutions for all his patients.
He is passionate and dedicated to supporting the body to improve overall health and well-being.
Kate McIntosh
Kate originally lived in the UK. She graduated with a Bachelor of Sports Science from the University of Leeds along with a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Birmingham.
She has years of experience working with older patients to improve their mobility and encourage recovery.
Kate is passionate about supporting people in taking back their independence.
Pricing
Initial assessments cost – $132
Follow-up sessions cost – $110
We also offer online physiotherapy if you are unable to reach our clinic. Online physiotherapy costs $105 for initial consultations and $40 for follow-up email support.
Duration
The majority of our sessions and consultations last for 30 minutes. For initial consultations, our physiotherapists will familiarise themselves with your needs and goals. Using subsequent sessions to provide consistent advice and support.

Step 1 - A Thorough Assessment
We start by assessing your body, medical history and recovery or fitness goals.
Through this, we can confirm our diagnosis and determine the next course of action. We’ll provide clear advice so you know the next steps to take.
Step 2 - A Personalised Program
Our team will then take action to get you started. We’ll use sessions to target deep tissue, relieve joint stiffness and pain and improve flexibility.
